The sun always shines at 2,500 m.a.s.l. and the view from the sun terrace is absolutely breathtaking with the shimmering hydrolake, eternal ice of the Oberaar Glacier and imposing 4,000 m. high mountains. The Oberaar area borders on the Unesco World Heritage site and is wonderful for hiking and mountaineering and the mountain house is the perfect place to set out from. Cosy rooms and hearty food.
